CEO Assistant (Ref: 2014/GGESL/PA/1)
Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide necessary administrative assistance and support to the vice presidents as enable them to fulfill their responsibilities efficiently;
  • Diary management and meeting arrangements;
  • Minute taking for meeting and conference call;
  • Travel and accommodation arrangements;
  • Preparing spreadsheets and meeting notes for follow up and as procedure notes for others;
  • Follow up outstanding matters with internal and external parties;
  • Contacting and communicating with all internal department, vice presidents in other Asia countries and external parties; and
  • Ad-hoc tasks related to the accounting department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or Professional Qualification;
  • 3 or more years of relevant experience;
  • Able to work under pressure, proactive, fast-paced and meticulous with a keen eye to details;
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written), computer literate and preferably with good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin; and
